If you’ve ever stepped into an LPG bottling plant, walked past or owned a gas godown, chances are you’ve already seen our work without even realizing it.

For around 34 years, we’ve been out there on sites across India, carrying out mastic flooring for LPG bottling plants and gas godowns, ensuring safety and durability in some of the most high-risk, high-traffic environments. Alongside this, we’ve also extended our expertise to flyovers, highways, waterproofing works, and bulk supply of bitumen and brass wire mesh.

From metro cities like Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, and Chennai to the most remote villages of Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, and beyond—we’ve literally worked everywhere.

Our Story

SUNRI ASSOCIATES is the story of a self-made man, Mr. Sanjeev Agrawal, who believed that strong, safe flooring was the foundation of reliable infrastructure. What started three decades ago with small flooring jobs has now grown into a pan-India operation trusted by clients like HPCL, BPCL, IOCL, NHAI, and MES.

Over the years, we’ve:

Completed hundreds of mastic flooring projects in LPG godowns and bottling plants, where safety is non-negotiable.
Delivered mastic flooring on highways and flyovers, designed to handle heavy vehicular load.
Taken on waterproofing works that protect bridges, flyovers, and industrial facilities from water damage.
Supplied bulk bitumen and brass wire mesh pan-India to government agencies and private contractors.

Mr. Sanjeev Agrawal is the driving force behind SUNRI ASSOCIATES. With nothing but determination and industry know-how, he built the company from scratch into what it is today—a trusted name in mastic flooring with a strong presence in highways, waterproofing, and bulk bitumen supply.

With a career spanning over 34 years, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of mastic flooring and construction processes, from material behavior and surface preparation to application techniques and long-term durability.

Known for his attention to detail, Mr. Agrawal ensures that every project meets the highest standards of safety and precision. His experience allows him to anticipate challenges, adapt to site conditions, and maintain consistency in quality across diverse projects. Clients and teams alike value his hands-on leadership, clear decision-making, and commitment to completing work on time without compromising on results.
